Edythe C. Jacobs, born January 15, 1938, passed away May 24, 2018 with her family by her side. She is survived by daughters Susan Bonfield, Kim Garred (Thomas), 7 grandchildren, Justin, Shawn, Clinton, Joseph, David, Kyle and granddaughter Jennifer. 9 great-grandchildren Ayden, Alexis, Travis, Shannon, Liam, Avery, Sophia, Emma and Evan. The family would like to thank Vitas Hospice for their love, support and compassion during Mom's journey. Mom, you are and will be forever loved. In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to Vitas Volunteer Fund or the Alzheimer's Association. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 2nd, at 11am at the Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel in DeLand. Allen-Summerhill DeLand is in charge.
