Eleanor McCormick

Eleanor M McCormick passed away on Wednesday, May 17th at the age of 70. Born on December 12, 1946 in Seville, Florida. Eleanor enjoyed hunting, fishing, softball, traveling, and supported many youth organizations and activities. She was a member of Stetson Baptist Church and a director of the Volusia County Fair Association as a superintendent of livestock breeding for 30 years. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gerald McCormick ; son Johnny (Terry) McCormick ; daughter Tracy (Chris) Carroll ; sisters Shirley McLane of Doctors Inlet, Florida and Marlene (Eddie) Benwell of DeLand ; grandchildren Allie Carroll and Stryker McCormick, numerous In-laws, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles, and many friends. The visiting hours will be Sunday May 21st from 6 - 8pm at Allen-Summerhill Chapel with the service on Monday May 22nd at 1pm at Allen-Summerhill Chapel.
