GERALDINE MEEHAN OBITUARY
Geraldine Dobson Meehan, 95 of Astor passed away January 22, 2018 at the Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler Care Center in Orange City. She was born July 2, 1922 in Arcadia, Florida. Geraldine was a clerk for Broward County for 20 years. She was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Ft. Lauderdale and a member of the First United Methodist Church in DeLand. She is survived by her daughter Connie Schmidt of Astor, FL. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 26th at 10am at Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel in DeLand with Rev. Owen Stricklin officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler. Online condolences may be made at www.allensummerhill.com. Allen-Summerhill DeLand is in charge.
