Alan Eigner Obituary

Alan J. Eigner, 91 of DeLand passed away November 2, 2019 at DeLand Manor Assisted Living. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on March 23, 1928 and came to DeLand a year ago from Marathon, FL, where he lived for 65 years. He was a member of St Peter Catholic Church in DeLand and was an entrepreneur. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, yard work and being a salesman. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Jean;sons Gary Eigner, George Eigner, Jay Eigner, Alan Eigner, John Eigner, Patrick Eigner and Joel Eigner; daughters Jody Ruppert, Joan Anderson, Carla Hale and Paula Riffle; brother Charles; 25 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 15th at 10:30am at Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel in DeLand.
