Constance Kay Hopkins, 81 passed away December 1, 2017 at her residence in DeLand. She was born May 25, 1936 in Fulton County, Indiana and moved here from Beloit, Wisconsin. Constance was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in DeLand. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, William Phillip "Phil" Hopkins; son Steven Hopkins of Orange City; sister Linda Cooper of Quinton, OK; 4 grandchildren, Robert, Jessica, Ryan and Chris and 7 great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Noah, Julie, Dillen, Dalton, Hannah and Zach. A graveside service will be held at DeLand Memorial Gardens on Thursday, December 7th at 2pm. Online condolences may be made at www.allensummerhill.com. Allen-Summerhill DeLand is in charge.
