Denise Lynn McSwain Perez, 56 of DeLand passed away October 22, 2012 at Woodland Terrace in DeLand. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 19, 1956 and came to DeLand in 1983 from Medina, OH. Denise was a homemaker. Survivors include her mother Marie E. McSwain of DeLand; sister Shelia Humphrey of DeLand; brother Roger McSwain of Huntsville, AL and step-sisters Janice McKinley of Cullman, Al and Jean Jackson of Georgia. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at DeLand Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be made at www.allensummerhillfuneralhome.com.
