Georgia S. Schwanebeck

Georgia Schwanebeck, 94 of DeLand passed away January 6, 2019 at AdventHealth DeLand. She was born March 23, 1924 in Chicago and was a homemaker. Georgia was a member of the Lutheran faith. She enjoyed boating, fishing in her younger years, she liked to knit and enjoyed knitting lap robes to take to nursing homes, and enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters. She was predeceased by her husband Wallace and son Randall. Survivors include son Glen Schwanebeck and daughter-in-law Libby of DeLand; sister Sandra Davis and granddaughters Laura and Kelly. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 10th from 6-8pm at Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in DeLand. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 11th at 11am at Allen-Summerhill Memorial Chapel in DeLand, with interment following at DeLand Memorial Gardens.
