Judith Steinwedel Obituary

Judith Gunzelman Steinwedel, 78 of DeLand, a true Christian and a loving wife, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 16, 2021. Judy was born in Wichita, Kansas on January 18, 1943 to her parents Dewey and Margaret (Lucille) Gunzelman. She attended South High School in Wichita. Judy was proud of her career with American Airlines, which began as a Flight Attendant in the 60's and continued as a Reservation Agent in the 70's and ended in retirement as an Airport Agent at Dallas-Fort Worth in 1994. Judy was a warrior for Christ and witnessed to everyone she met. She had a great sense of humor and will be missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her husband of 42 years Robert Steinwedel of DeLand, Florida and her two cats Smoochie and Joey. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 21st at 9am at Oakdale Cemetery in DeLand, Online condolences may be made at allensummerhill.com.
