Juliana Licette Velasco

Juliana Licette Velasco, 23 of Orange City passed away August 10, 2019 at her home. She was born in Ft. Lauderdale on December 2, 1995. Juliana was very artistic and loved to draw. She loved music, playing her guitar and going to concerts. She also wrote music. She was also a gifted make-up artist. She is survived by her father Edward Velasco, mother Emelea Drago-Gonzalez, step-father Ismael Gonzalez, her son Elliott Nathanial Velasco, brother Tomas Alberto Hernandez, Jr., sister Marilyn Mojica and cousin Eric Hernandez. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 16th, from 12-6pm at Allen-Summerhill Funeral Home in Orange City, with a funeral service at 6pm. Allen-Summerhill Orange City is in charge.
