Teresa Ann Casazza

Casazza, Teresa A. 81 passed away on March 11, 2017 with her loved ones by her side. She was born on September 7, 1935 in Deland, Fl and was one of six children. Teresa married Richard P Casazza in 1956 and together they raised four children; Ricky, Teresa, Debbie and Linda and in 1968 they started and ran their own successful carpet and tile business, Casazza Tile & Carpet. In 1981 Teresa began a 20 year career with Sears and received numerous quarterly and annual awards as their top sales associate.
Teresa is survived by her four children; Richard Michael Casazza and his wife Julie, Teresa Marie Brown and her husband George, Deborah Lynn Rood and her husband Mark and Linda Gail New and son in-law John New, grandchildren, Mark Rood, Michael Rood, Chad Rood, Courtney Rood, Kendall New, Zachery New and great-grandchild Michael Rood and her sister in-law Barbara Smith.
A viewing will be held on Thursday March 16th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and a remembrance and celebration of Teresa's life will be held on March 17th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Both will be held at Allen-Summerhill in Deland, Florida.
