Esther Ruth (Goodman) Jones

Esther Ruth Goodman Morgan Jones, a beloved mother and grandmother who served as an assistant librarian, passed away on September 11, 2023, in Orlando, FL. She was born on May 27, 1952, in Kissimmee, FL, and led a fulfilling life.

Esther was the daughter of the late Robert and Frances Goodman and was married to the late Lawrence Jones. She took immense joy in her family. She was a beloved mother to her late son, Robert Daniel Boone, and her daughter, Tammy Megronigle. A treasured grandmother to Kristopher, Zachery, Emily, Krysta, and Amber. As well as, many Step-Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Esther was an ardent reader who transferred her love for the written word into her career, retiring as an Assistant Librarian from Volusia County Library in 2015. In her free time, she enjoyed playing computer games and was an active member of the Kepler Road Baptist Church, where she lived out her faith with gratitude and grace.

Esther's memory will be deeply missed by her loving family and her many friends.
