Richard O. Evans, 77, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2022 at his residence in Pierson, Florida. Richard was born on September 30, 1944 in Pierson, Florida to Robert and Stella Evans, who preceded him in death. Richard was self-employed and also a contractor for FEMA. Richard enjoyed fishing, carpentry, working outdoors, as well as spending time with family. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He also had the ability to make everyone around him smile. He is survived by his wife Christine Evans of Pierson, Florida; son Richard O. Evans, Jr. of Sanford, Florida; daughter Kimberly Evans of Winter Park, Florida; sister Susan Evans and partner Robyn Blaine of Pierson, Florida; grandchildren Brian Evans and Brandi Evans, as well as 6 great-grandchildren.
